A weekend of sound, celebration and yoga.

Join us in the stunning setting of Ampleforth Abbey this May weekend for a nourishing exploration of holistic yoga.  Kirtan literally means "to tell the glory".  As a practice, like any yoga technique, it is designed to train our conscious, incarnate systems in the ways of harmony, cohesion and efficiency so we can access the glorious depth of who we really are, even in the midst of the constant change and inevitable challenges of life.  The sound-based practice of kirtan reaches parts of ourselves that other techniques are not always able to do so easily.

This weekend, along with meditation, yogic movement, practical philosophy and inquiry, we will work with the healing and uplifting vibration of kirtan as we explore yoga practice as the means to help us attune to the glory of the conscious essence.
